Recognition is not rocket science but then again, maybe it is.
We believe in a scientific approach to recognition. We believe in measurable, accountable, justifiable recognition programs. We believe in a more productive workplace.
But recognition programs are not all created and developed equally. Some organizations need more or less than others based on the following criteria:
- your organization's culture,
- your history,
- your management style,
- your organization's leadership,
- your people.
What makes us different is we know that every organization is different. We don't have all the right answers (or the same ones) for each client. We have the right questions to help you get YOUR answers.
